Job Description :

- Responsible for the compensation and benefits with the focus on operational execution.

- Responsible for analysis of Compensation and Benefits and suggest suitable course of action

- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains

- Lead internal control over Compensation and Benefits transactions along with other HR Functions

- Support continuous improvement in total rewards, performance and salary review exercises

- Monitor compensation trends, review market data to benchmark compensation structures and own the annual compensation benchmarking process.

- Interpret taxation, regulatory statutory law and modify compensation policies to ensure compliance.

- Prepare the user manual, FAQs and any other documentation related to the project

- Create learning atmosphere among team members and encourage others along with self to keep updated with industry best practices and updates.

Competencies :

- Demonstrate financial management and budgeting skills

- Make informed decisions based on data and statistics

- Structure compensation and benefits packages, and measure their success

- Work with minimal management supervision

- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with overlapping and demanding deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Readiness to work on flexible work schedule
