Urgent Requirement - Sr. Manager HR-Learning & Development at Gurgaon with one of the leading logistics firm.

Design training strategy to increase workforce capability across the organization.

- Drive learning outcomes based on business objectives

- Manage relationships with employees, business leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs and constraints

- Design and develop quality learning content and resources including e-learning

- Evaluate the training programs quantitatively and qualitatively through feedbacks and surveys

- Communicate with employees and business leaders to drive change and demonstrate performance improvements

- Ensure lower costs within budget and higher ROIs for the learning interventions

- Design effective induction programs

- Design individual learning plans

- Provide coaching to internal stakeholders
