The HR is a key member of the team, and responsible for developing and deploying strategic HR policies for the business, aimed at maintaining a high level of employee involvement, towards achievement of business goals.

- The incumbent will be required to positively influence the senior members of the IKYA team on various HR initiatives, align business with the overall Ikya group policies and practices and develop a strong performance oriented culture in the organisation. As we employ a large workforce at different offices / locations within India as well as overseas locations, a strong employee oriented focus is needed to maintain cordial and productive employee relations in the different locations.

- Providing real time HR support to the operating divisions is critical, with a passion for dove tailing all HR initiatives to business goals. There will be a continuous need to develop systems for improving productivity, adherence to ethical ways of dealings, as well as improving various channels of employee communication.

Job Description:

Specific Responsibilities:

- Employee engagement and productivity enhancement

- Employee relations at the various sites/locations

- Systems development for speed of execution

- Performance management, training and leadership development, including career and succession planning.

- Compensation planning, surveys, and benchmarking practices

- Personnel policies-relooking at existing policies and re -making them to suite emerging business needs

- Knowledge management, policy deployment of targets

- Suggestion/improvement schemes, fun at work /developing a vibrant culture

- Innovative strategies to source different levels of manpower, to meet business needs

- Skill/competency development across the organisation

- Induction of fresh engineers, their training and career monitoring to build a cadre for the future

- Close interaction with group HR for integration/synergy in the function

Candidate Specification:

- A post graduate in HR /personnel management from a reputed institute with at least 12 -15 years of relevant experience, spanning both OD, T&D, Campus Recruitment, and other functions of HR. Exposure to multi unit/location situations essential.
