What you will Do
- You will partner with customers to be their key HR expert and help them shape, implement and operate a broad set of HR processes
- You will be asked to digitize customer HR processes using standard off the shelf HR systems
- You will have deep expertise in HR and help customers to setup new processes across all areas of the HR lifecycle including recruiting, workforce development, payroll , performance and benefits among others.
- You will be asked to take a leadership role with the broader team to develop our capabilities in setting up a HR practice to manage both international and domestic clients
- You would have led teams before in a consulting environment
- You have broad experience with talent acquisition
Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR consultant with Indian and international companies
- More than 5 Years of HR Experience
- Expertise in HR systems and processes
- Team Management and Leadership Experience
- Broad HR process expertise in payroll, recruiting, talent development, performance management, communications.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
