Senior HR Business Partner - IT/Semiconductor (13-16 yrs)

Our client is a US based IT Product firm in Semiconductor space

Designation: Senior HR Business Partner

Reports to Senior Director and handle a small team

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a key member of the regional leadership team, this individual will collaborate with global and local senior management to define the strategic direction of HR to support and deliver on the regional business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and effective solutions to resolve critical business issues, with an emphasis on worldwide, cross-functional dependencies

- Oversee and lead effective and efficient HR processes

- Partner with other functions in HQ to ensure global alignment

- Partner with management team to plan and deliver HR programs

- Help resolve HR, interpersonal and communications issues and create an infrastructure to proactively address possible or recurring issues

- Provide day-to-day employee relations support to employees and managers

- Partner with management team to create employee development programs and opportunities

- Partner with management team on performance management programs and issues

- Provide consulting to management on group dynamics and team effectiveness issues and solutions

- Work with management team to help create effective interpersonal and group communication vehicles & structures

- Ensure legal compliance in HR policies and practices

Desired Profile:

- A minimum of 13 years in senior HR management roles with a successful track record of business partnership and delivery

- Candidates worked in IT product/Telecom/Semiconductor organisations are preferred

- Bachelor's degree (or above) in Human Resources, Business or other related field.

- Proven leadership capability and ability to manage, develop, and grow HR functions

- Ability and experience in engaging with senior and executive management; demonstrating courage and ability to challenge conventional thinking and bring new ideas and creativity

- Strong mix of strategic and operational HR experience

- Excellent communication skills and HR management/consultant skills
