Role : Sr HRBP / Employee Relations

Location : 40 km North of Delhi

Experience needed : 8-12 years of managing industrial relations / ER in a factory manufacturing environment

The role has the following elements :

- Labour laws

- Hands on experience in Long Term Settlement (LTS/LTA /wage settlement) signing and closure (optional)

- Experience in employee relations/handling IR situations ( Strike,Lock out,closure) : Conflict Management

- Experience in handling Contract labour Management in Plant

- Contract labour laws

- Liaison with statutory authorities

- Discipline and enforcement

- Implement development programs

- work closely with corporate and other stakeholders
