About our Client - Our client is one of the largest MNCs diversified across various lines of businesses across the globe. Based out of Bangalore they are looking to hire a senior HR business partner for to head between 1 and 2 business units.

Job Description - Reposting into the Head HR:

- You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to India, e.g., compensation, talent management, leadership coaching etc.

- Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets

- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.

- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place and leading all change and OD initiatives for the business unit

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 12+ years of experience as an HRBP with a combination of plant, sales HR and corporate HR with an FMCG/FMCD/Pharmaceutical/ Chemical MNC.

- We are essentially looking for talent from batches 2004 and higher only.

- Only candidates from XLRI / TISS / Symbiosis with experience in a manufacturing set up (e.g. FMCG/Pharma) sectors only will be considered for this role.
