Senior HR Business Partner - FMCG (8-15 yrs)

Strategic partnership to the Business on People Strategy, Organization Design, Talent planning, Engagement & Development of Talent to support business growth

Talent Management & Development:

- Conduct Talent Assessment for managerial cadre across India to identify Talent, discuss talent readiness to enable cross functional moves and outline engagement plan to engage & retain HiPos

- Conceptualize & design Online Talent Assessment process to foster identification and engagement of key talent

- Spearhead Talent Development agenda by designing Career Development Action plans for key talent and partnering with L&D to design and deliver training interventions towards emerging talent development needs

- Determine the Succession plan for critical roles to enable leaders to identify talent gaps and create a hiring strategy (external versus internal hiring), as well as a targeted strategy to enhance readiness of successors

- Strategic Workforce Planning to establish Green Field Project in Gujarat, working with the global team on HR support & solutions annual appraisal process across organization

- Spearhead the HRIS implementation to ensure HR Excellence through process improvements in alignment with the HR Strategy.

- Employee engagement lead for pan India business, conduct engagement surveys (Hewitt) and formalize action planning across B.U (plants/ sales locations)

- HR Business partner for HO functions managing 300+ on roll & off roll employees, create and review various policies, benchmark with competitors, create policy manuals

Looking for candidates with Strong HRBP experience in any vertical( Sales/ commercial/ IT/ Marketing/ finance/ international HR) with 8+ years of experience
