About our Client: Our client is a US based Multinational and is a leader in the marketing and consulting space. With a global footprint and a very strong presence in India, they are looking for a Senior Business Partner for one of their core business units in India.

Job Description: Reporting in a matrix organization to the HR lead of the entire sales organization, you will manage the following responsibilities in an individual contributor role with high access to shared resources:

- Partnering and advising the business leaders on people growth strategies and enabling high potential grooming

- Driving performance management and differentiation across the business

- Diagnosing trends / issues with key people drivers for the business and facilitating solutions

- Advising on people programs and tools available to drive performance and morale

- Strengthening leadership development across all career stages

- Coaching business / project leaders and diagnosing trends around people issues and change

- Ensuring complete alignment of strategy across the business entity

- Advising and facilitating relevant change activities within the account to coach leadership on messaging and change management

The Successful Candidate:

- You must have at least 12 years of work experience with strong exposure on talent management processes.

- Exposure to working closely with regional stakeholders in a matrix organization is essential for this role. This role is both a business partnering as well as an autonomous HR strategy leading role and a combination of experience will be required for your selection in this profile
