Senior HR Advisor (Equivalent to CHRO, fixed term role)
Client is leading global education and learning group with HQ in US who is currently implementing a ten year strategy to 2025 They aspire to be a global leader in discovery, innovation, impact, education and thought leadership, can make an enormous difference to the lives of people around the world.
This a fixed 2 years advisor role as a consulting CHRO. The contact term can be extended on merit.
Key areas of focus will be around:
Supporting the 2025 Strategy in the respective faculty with various people projects and initiatives with a focus on change support and implementation
Leading and assisting the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Providing generalist HR advice and assistance to clients and managing complex issues such as workforce planning, workplace change, staff complaints, performance management with minimal direction
Effectively assist Leaders with remuneration initiatives including job analysis, position evaluation and reclassification processes
Supporting the HR Manager in the review, development and implementation of innovative and creative HR strategies and programs to build capability either within the client group or on an organisational level
Using your project and change management skills to influence and support Leaders in delivery the 2025 Strategy at the faulty level
