Senior General Manager - Organizational Effectiveness - BPO - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (12-18 yrs)

Role- Global Organizational Effectiveness Head

Designation- Sr General Manager

Head OE and HR Leader would be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase organizational development, change management, internal communications and talent capabilities to support the achievement of strategic goals. Lead the organizational effectiveness team to achieve goals and serve as an active member of the HR leadership team to advance the organizational effectiveness, change management and HR functions.

This role also involves working closely with the Corporate HR Leaders to support design and development, and lead execution of the people strategy / goals for creating and sustaining a high performing organization.

- People capability building / Talent development

- Employee Relations, Talent Engagement & Retention

- Reward and recognition processes

- Employee Survey

- Dealing with external HR forums for employee branding

Candidate Background :

- Post graduate from a Premiere B - School with about 12 + years of industry experience in HR

- Candidate with experience in leadership roles with exposure to proactive HR Program and Process would be preferred.

Key Competencies Required :

- The candidate should have demonstrated proficiency in HR competence such as HR Domain understanding, Change Management, and Facilitation Skills etc.

- Exposure of leading a team and working closely with business leaders in a multi-cultural environment and multi-geographic environment or team would be highly desirable.

- Understanding business requirements, client needs, key impact levers and financial measures.

- Ability to work with stakeholders across levels including Senior Leadership, Managers and Front-line teams.

- Strategic Thinking and Analytical ability with exposure to technology tools and statistical techniques.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill with ability to influencing stakeholders

- Ability to provide leadership in a fast paced work environment and manage change.

- Result Oriented with a - go getter- attitude with eye for details / numbers.

- Interpersonal Skills and Relationship Building ability.

- Exposure to the outsourcing sector (IT / BPO) would be a preference
