Job Description :
- This profile is an amalgamation of HR Analytics and a Senior HR Business Partnering role.
- This position would be required to interact extensively with various senior stakeholders and gather a detailed understanding of their business.
- Taking the lead role in setting the HR strategy by partnering with the business
- Developing the workforce capabilities specific to each business unit through the Training and Development function
- Facilitating a culture of continuous improvement by developing & implementing organizational development initiatives and employee engagement frameworks that encompasses all business units
- Driving a culture of use of HR analytics in business decision making
- Develop strong business understanding and enabling managers in effective execution.
- Assist with implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual promotions, annual performance management,) according to geographic/entity guidelines.
- Support career counselors and supervisors in the career development of all assigned personnel by providing guidance on career plans, coaching, and advising/approving required and elective training appropriate for their development.
- Support on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback, contributing to and reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Team with other HR Representative Generalists to share best practices and contribute to knowledge capital.
- Establishing and managing multiple HR transformation processes across the business in a shared services set up while aligning it with global policies.
- Lead the team in maintaining accurate MIS and Analytic including HR MS data and work across multiple special projects.
- A qualified MBA from a good B school is mandatory, Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be the point of contact to ensure compliance's with Company policy, legal parameters and other HR regulatory compliance's.
- Conduct regular department audits and manage processes and policies in line with the results.
