Senior Financial Analyst - Investment Banking/Corporate Finance

A leading financial services firm based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking to hire dynamic individuals for their Investment Banking/Corporate Finance team.

Job Objective :

- To support the Associate Director in active deals including but not limited to drafting investment memorandums, constructing valuation models, drafting deal documentation.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Assists in the preparation of management information reports regarding Corporate Finance Assignments.

- Executes the team decisions in regard to Corporate Finance.

- Assists in managing Corporate Finance assignments.

- Keeps well abreast of the market/movements or related developments in the field of Corporate Finance and accordingly provide best advises the Associate Director.

- Prepares studies and analysis of deals / assignment proposals.

- Assists in the participation of the creation and structuring of deals / assignments opportunities that complement/support the company's existing assignments.

- Assists in establishing appropriate deal / assignment diversification.

- Creating M&A, Valuation Models.

- Creating pitch books and investment memorandums
