Overall purpose of job :

1. Ensuring Commercial Control and Statutory Compliance of all factories.

2. Improving Cost efficiencies and effectiveness, Total Cost Management and Cost Control,

3. Responsible for Plant Budgeting and Reporting

4. Leveraging best practices across plants and driving global/company initiatives to the location.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring Commercial Control at all factory locations

2. Strengthening Compliances for the locations

3. Budgeting and Budgetary Controls

4. Accounting and Auditing

5. Projects/Initiatives

Education, qualifications, special training, experience and skills:

- CA + 8 /9 years post qualification

- Sound Business Acumen

- Expert Finance Knowledge

- Effective Communication Skills

- Networking and Influencing Skills

- Planning and Execution Skills

Plant exposure is must.
