Senior Finance Manager - eCommerce - Furnishing & Home Decor Sector

We have a requirement for Sr. Finance Manager with a leading e commerce sector in Furnishing and home decor.This company is now present in more than 20 cities of India.

- As a Finance manager, the responsibility is to be involved in all activities of the financial functions of various departments

Will be handling a team of 8 people and reports to the CFO.

- Main KRA s

- R2R (Record to Report) activities for multiple legal entities, handling month/quarter/final close

- Forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance

- Ensure that the accounting transactions adhere Local GAAP requirements

- Main point of contact for the Stat/Tax Compliance to ensure that general ledgers are maintained as required.

- Lead and drive the statutory audits for closure in a time bound.

- Adopt the changes required in accounting as per latest accounting policy updates

- Collaborate seamlessly with partners, internal stakeholders like Tax, Legal, compliance and other relevant functions

- Ensure all AP & AR processes are operating efficiently and effectively

- Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended.

- Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required.
