Senior Finance manager  We have opening with one of our VC funded Start up client based at Bangalore.  Desired Candidate :   - The candidate should qualified CA.   - Similar role in a previous profile is a must   - In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls and accounting procedures and policies   - Good working knowledge of Income tax matters, Service Tax, labour laws and other key compliances is a must   - Should have handled complete GL responsibility including periodic book closure   - Should have experience in handling banking relations and funds management   - The candidate should also possess good communication skills for writing reports or to present complex financial concepts and strategies to colleagues as well as clients.   - The candidate also need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated and familiar with the workings of the economy, tax laws.   - The candidate should have team leading experience   Skill required :   - CA with 6-8 years of experience preferably with Big Consulting stint/articleship and start-up experience   - Entrepreneurial thinking   - Analytical abilities   - Self-starter   - Effective inter personal and communication skills   - Ability to handle pressure   - Tally working knowledge is a must   - Leadership capabilities   - Ability to think through and implement systems and processes   Rajiv
