Location : Gurgaon (Corporate Office)
Gender : Male/Female
Education : CA Final
Work Experience : Min 4-5 Years Experience in Handling both Direct tax (Corporate Tax) and Indirect Taxation (service tax, VAT, Sales tax matters etc) from FMCG & Consumer Durable Industry Only
CTC : Depend on Current CTC
Job Responsibilities :
- Experience managing tax audits, tax assessments, and tax litigation.
- Effectively manage the tax audits and submission of annual income tax return
- Tax Compliance of Direct tax - TDS, Form 16, Income tax
- Indirect tax compliance - VAT, Service tax, Sales Tax
- Check on compliance
- Direct Tax Compliances
- Corporate Direct Tax Matters such as Calculation of Advance Tax, Filing TDS Returns
- Coordinating with Tax Consultants
- Transfer pricing
- Indirect Tax Compliance
- Coordination with IGAAP Accounting team
- Experience managing tax audits, tax assessments and tax litigation
