We are looking for specialist for Employees Issues, Employees Communication and Employee Engagement & Employee Connect from HR Point.

This is a Corporate HR team role hence quality of work to be served is also higher, this position directly report into the Head of Talent Management Programme.

He/She will be handling Employees Issues / Employees Counselling / R& Programmes / Employee Communication / Employee Engagement and Various other activities which keeps employees moral boost during work and creates a positive work culture across the organization.

Following is a brief understanding & light on the search, what kind of candidate we are looking for -

Strategic Employee Management :

- Every day we face challenges arising from today's business environments: High staff turnover and talent loss, poor morale, loafing, grievance management and dissatisfaction, burnout, diverted managerial time, absenteeism, presenters, sick leave abuse.

- The key to successfully meeting these challenges is to build an HR team that can put together a spectrum of initiatives and policies that reach every level of the organization. These customized solutions have to be built and tuned to the organizational needs.

Employee Engagement and Development :

- Methods and strategies to boost employee motivation and productivity such as R&R forums, building leadership competencies, engage employees, improve cohesion, tackle supervisory issues, foster buy-in for organizational change, manage stress, enhance work commitment, strengthen performance, improve work-live balance, manage risk, become an employer of choice

- Review and analyze trends to develop work-life balance and other HR programs and forums. Conduct analysis on a broad range of employee issues, attrition, events etc.

Employee Engagement Initiatives :

- Facilitating Event Management, preparing Employee Engagement calendar, organizing various cultural, sports, health related events, competitions, floor games, quizzes for the employees & ensuring maximum engagement.

- Conducting Stress busters & team building activities for the associates as well as leaders of the company.

- Promoting R&R practices and initiatives, ensuring employees feel motivated and well integrated into the organization. Conducting IJP, Skip Levels, Focus Groups, ESS and other surveys aimed at process improvement, personnel development, career management and retention.

- Responsible for effectively delivering the HR needs of the business unit including employee relations, engagement and development.

- Employee Engagement Initiatives, events and activities, Floor Relations - howdy rounds and floor games - Aimed at creating an engaged workforce and achieve work-life balance. Ensuring the employee feels motivated and well-integrated into the organization

- Formulate and Conceptualize Employee Satisfaction Survey and other dip-stick surveys. Deployment & facilitate completion of surveys for analysis to capture the voice of the employee and the data derived from this is meant to serve as a foundation for overall development as well as input into business planning.

- Internal Communication, employee communication follow through, positioning and internal branding

- Organizing HR forums like IJP, Skip level meetings, Focus Group Discussions
