Senior Executive - Purchase & Supply Chain - Medical Devices (2-7 yrs)

We are hiring for one of a leading US Based MNC into Medical Devices.

Responsibilities :

- Engagement in manufacturing activities as per requirement.

- Responsible for execution of Internal Audit process in production.

- Formulation of Opex & Capex budget for plant in relevance with business plan

- Responsible for managing & adherence of Opex & Capex plan as per business plan and production

- Identify/develop recurring savings and purchase strategies to reduce cost and deliver CIP targets specific to plant

- Responsible for favorable CNIS & Opex variance

- Identification of new vendors/vendor addition in to SAP system

- PR to PO, Open PO, Confirmatory PO, PO edit reports preparation and timely submission as per SOX compliance

- Preparation of Service Level Agreement/Commercial agreement through coordination with legal department and end users

- Responsible for processing invoice as per authority matrix, provisioning as per calendar and square off of advances

- Representative of non-stock procurement during Internal/Statutory/regulatory/ Excise Audit

- Responsible for compliance & regulatory taxation requirement for Plant and procurement procedures

- Timely submission of sales tax, entry tax data to corporate finance & preparation and submission of excise reports

Desired Candidate :

Qualification Pref : BE + MBA from renowned management institute.

- Female preferred

- Must carry experience in Warehouse, Procurement & Plant Manufacturing

- Able to work in Manufacturing Plant setup.

Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
