Senior Executive - Plant HR - Healthcare/Pharma (5-8 yrs)
Position Title : Senior Executive - Human Resources
Department : Human Resources
Reporting Mange : Sr. Manager- Human Resources
Qualification : P.G Diploma in Personal Management / MBA - HRD
Experience : Around 5-8 years of experience in relevant industry
Position Summary :
To drive performance driven culture, hiring a developmental initiatives and build healthy employee relations based on Organisation values, aid in formation of robust systems and procedures within corporate guidelines.
Principal Accountabilities :
The major responsibilities of this position :
Recruitment : (30%)
- Direct responsibility for recruitment for various level of position including middle and senior management
- Responsibilities for recruitment of associates at shop floor.
- Well versed with the expertise of operating various job portal like naukri.com, IIM job portal etc.
- Rolling out the offer and salary negotiations with shortlisted candidate
- Verification of all documents before hiring of the candidates
- Provide adequate casual or operator level manpower required for manufacturing organization
- Responsible for Induction process of new joinees
- Timely issuance of the Appointment letter, confirmation letter and timely issuance of the appointment letter to all new joinees.

Performance and Compensation Management to Reward Associates ( 15%) :
- Coordinate with Functional Heads on yearly and confirmation review.
- Salary survey and benchmarking
- Communication on performance and compensation
- Part of mid-year and year end discussions between Associate and Supervisor
- Payroll Administration and Management
- Review and update of the HR SOPs and Policies
Training and Development to Build Capabilities : ( 30 %)
- Training need identification in coordination and consultation with functional managers
- Making the yearly training calendar and ensuring the successful executive of the same for various internal and external training
- Training related to various SOPs and other GMP training of various level of employees.
- Ensuring to maintain the various training record and MIS related to training manhours record for various employees.
- Training to the contractual employees on periodic basis
- Induction training to all new joinees at all levels
Business Partnership & Employee Engagement to Motivate Employees and Build Employee Commitment ( 25 %) :
- Reaching out to people / Grievance Handling - proactively knowing issues or pulse of people, addressing people related issues and concerns mainly related to female employee of plant.
- Driving HR initiatives and ensure implementation HR annual process
- Employee Engagement through various committees
- Conducting regular O.E. surveys to measure employee engagement level and maintaining the highest engagement scores
Critical Challenges
To take quick decision and involve lot of Innovativeness in order to address people management issues. The challenge is to manage diver's interest and support the plant manager in effective resolution of people issues.
