This position will support the Manager - Human Resources in the following areas as defined from time to time:  - Handling end to end recruitment for corporate functions  a) Develop more cost effective channels of Recruitment.  b) Responsible for ensuring 100% offer to join ratio.  c) Ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process are followed & are in accordance with local employment laws and regulations.   - Ensure Employee engagement and recognition initiatives including EOMs are actioned in a timely manner  - Implementation of HR policies and provide support to stakeholders on policy clarity  - Support implement internal communication initiatives including timely closure of employee concerns  - Manage employee grievances and employee queries appropriately   - Support payroll activities including attendance, leave, transfer, payroll inputs etc. for corporate functions  - Timely completion of Exit formalities for corporate functions.  - Support processes thorough 6E People, HR Service partner on:  a) Employee on-boarding and induction for all regional locations   b) Ensure timely confirmations & related processed for employees  c) Statutory compliances  d) Data collection for HR- MIS   e) PMS  f) Insurance   g) R&R  h) Others as defined from time to time   - Manage all HR documentation as required
