Position: HR Business Partner  Business Function : ITES Operations, Bangalore  Basic Qualification : Male candidates, Engineering + MBA (Tier 1 B-school only)  Shifts: 3pm - 12am (Evening shift/Transport provided)  - As an HR Business partner to Call center function, the person will assist in conceptualizing and drive implementation of people management initiatives and policies to support Business performance. This role will require the person to understand the business/functional challenges and driving HR activities like employee engagement and relations, performance management, training & development, retention, compensation etc.  - The role holder will lead/facilitate the implementation of corporate HR initiatives/programs into the business to insure greater alignment with organization's HR policies and processes.   - It is important for the role holder to make a right balance between organization/business's goals and employees cause. Should have the strength of character to take a stand and push back leadership team if required. He/She should ensure that HR is perceived as an objective employee champion and trusted partner.  Key Responsibilities :  - Managing end to end HR deliverables for HR operations and Employee relations across entire employee life cycle.   - Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the Human resources policies, procedures, practices and decisions.   - Liaison between management and employees by meeting employees on a regular basis, to resolve and manage questions, concerns, issues and escalations.   - Resolve attitudinal, behavioral or disciplinary, ethical issues with respect to employees.  - Counsel employees on performance/behaviour issues when required.   - Make recommendations on initiatives and policies that are required for building a progressive and vibrant work culture.   - Participate with teams to develop and implement guidelines and policies that support our business, culture, and organizational philosophy.   - Work towards improving employee engagement for the teams.   - Assisting in the implementation of the Strategic HR plan, projects, and initiatives to add value to both, the business and its employees  - Conduct exit interviews and perform analysis of the same to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them.   - Document skip/focus group discussions, employee feedback and provide periodic analysis with recommendations of the same to business.   - Proactively Analyze issues/trends (such as attrition, disengagement, etc.), recommend strategies and take up end to end ownership to implement the desired change/outcome.  - Continuously re engineer HR function at location to add value to business.   - Participate in setting up systems for resolving employee queries and issues on all aspects of HR.   - Create HR Dashboard and Business HR reports  - Works with Business Managers and leaders to understand business expectation and translate into HR initiatives.  Qualifications :  - Master's level HR Qualification from a Premier Institute  - A minimum of 1-2 years of HR & Analytics experience   Knowledge & Skills :  - Understanding of organizational dynamics and think and act as per Organization's best interest  - Ability to work with leadership members on business and organizational issues.  - The ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization and commitment to strategic business partnerships and team developments is a must.   - Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, constantly adapt to a high pressure environment, and thrive in chaos, in a highly dynamic environment.   Personal Attributes :  - Affable yet assertive   - Business Acumen  - Confident and non-hierarchical thinker   - Adaptable   - Able to work under pressure   - Out-of-the-box thinker  Reach out to me on +91 9819585855
