Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Taxation - CA - BPO/KPO

We are looking for a CA having 1-2 years working experience (post articleship) in Taxation - Direct (mainly) and Indirect in CA firm or any company for one of our IT consulting company in Mumbai.

JD is as follows :

- Computation of Income tax provision, deferred tax provision .

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax return, TDS Return,

- Independently Handling Tax Audit and returns of the Company with Compilation & review of Tax Audit schedules/details

- Handling Income Tax query from tax department.

- Handing Tax Assessments and Appeals

- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing norms.

- Ensuring compliance of all aspects of taxation

- Practical Understanding of Income tax Rules and procedures.

Work with Govt. Department.
