- Manpower Management, Technical Hiring, Bulk hiring
- Recruitment Coordination involving : arranging interviews,maintenance of resume database
- Maintain and build good relationship with external clients , vendor management , identifying vendors as per the requirements .
- Maintaining Database / MIS .
- Managing end to end Joining and Exit formalities, coordinating with the concerned department for Full and Final Settlement , getting clearance, vendor bill payments and completing documentation process of the candidates .
