Sr. Executive /Asst Manager (Internal Audits) position currently open with one of our clients, (name being kept confidential until your resume is shortlisted by the client), located at Vile Parle.

OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants located at Mumbai, India. Established in the year 1973.

The Firm has 9 Partners at present. They provide a range of services including Auditing, Taxation consultancy, Management Consultancy and a host of financial services to the clients.

They have their presence in the Head office of Vile Parle along with branches in New Delhi & Pune.

Their commitment towards their Clients encouraged them to obtain ISO 1994 : 2000 in the year 2000. The Firm successfully upgraded the same to ISO 9001 : 2000 in the year 2005.

Designation: Sr. Associate/ Assistant Manager (Internal Audits)

Experience: 3+ Years (Post CA Qualification)

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Incumbent will be responsible for:

- Responsible for Internal Audits

- Risk Assessment & SOX Implementation

- Responsible for Process Advisory including Internal Controls over Finance reporting.

- Should have been handling Teams with at least 4-6 people.

- Reports to Partners or one level below Partners

SKILLS:

- Good communication skills, written & oral

- Internal Audit experience including article would be an added advantage

- Multitasking skills

- Working as a team
