Summary:

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will provide customers and sales reps with product advice and demo support during pre-sales discussions. Provide guidance to prospect and salesperson on operations of products. Answer questions on function and usage and solve sales support problems. Prepare and perform detailed product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospects. Provide both Pre and Post-Sales Support, including implementation, training, managing Proof of Concept (POC) and provide billable, post-sales consulting. Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Typically require seven to ten years of experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Understand customer use cases and business requirements to ensure proper alignment with platform strategy

- Identify appropriate platform solutions during pre-sale discussions.

- Conduct live demonstrations and educate prospects on the capabilities of core platform

- Responsible for implementing/managing POC.

- Provide product expertise by answering portions of Request for Proposals/Request for Information (RFP/RFI) for the sales team.

- Maintain an advanced understanding of installation, deployment and customization requirements.

- Perform complex billable post-sale support duties including but not limited to implementation and training.

Undergraduate Degree (required)
