Senior Engineering Manager - Product Based Online Business

Hiring for the position of 'Sr. Engineering Manager' for one of the successful product based online business companies in India.

Responsibilities :

- Execute full life-cycle software development

- Write well designed, testable, efficient code

- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

- Design, build and Integrate fully independent software systems

- Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics

- Serve as a subject matter expert

- Comply with project plans and industry standards

- Lead, manage and guide a small team to deliver projects in brisk pace.

Requirements :

- 8 - 15 years proven working experience in software engineering

- BS / MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

- Hands on experience in designing scalable applications or building API

- Expertise in working with various SQL and noSQL Databases.

- Ability to develop software in RoR and Java.

- Deployment experience in AWS is preferred

- Excellent knowledge of Web services, Rest API Service, JSON and SOAP Technologies.

- Experience in developing scalable systems in Ruby, Java functional programming language.

- Experience in building, deploying and maintaining highly concurrent systems.

- Experience in guiding a team of Software Engineers for increased proficiency
