Job Description - Senior Domain Consultant - Head Banking COE

Reporting Manager's Role: Global Head Banking and Cards Operations

Job Description:

Provide customized solutions as per client expectations on various Retail Banking proposals

Lead onshore and offshore consultative studies

Create and execute transformation roadmap as part of consultative study

Create Process Maps based on the process study

Create domain specific knowledge repository on Retail Banking

Create domain offerings based on market requirements

Be the one point contact for all Retail banking requirements and present organization's capabilities in Retail Banking to prospective Clients

Lead, nurture and grow the team of Retail Banking Domain Consultants

Conduct domain training for new as well as existing business

Conduct interviews to hire right fit candidates

Author white papers on the latest trends in the Retail Banking Space

Competencies/Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Domain expert in Retail Banking

Experience in making quick, high quality decisions on complex issues

Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Toolsand Visio

Proven leadership skills

Very good knowledge of the various retail banking systems and platforms

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast pace work environment

Ability to lead and guide multiple project teams simultaneously

Executive communication, Team management and networking skills

Excellent time management skills

Experience of leading discrete, time sensitive projects

Knowledge/Experience:

15+ years of relevant experience in Retail Banking

Qualifications:

MBA from a reputed business school is preferred
