Senior Director

- Taking Care of the Application CPA, CPI Promotions .

- Deals with the Partners who want to buy the Mobile Traffic Example : eCommerce Players, Travel Players, Social Networks etc.

- Negotiate Price for the CPS, CPT or CPC Campaigns for mobile traffic

- Deals with agencies for both performance and branding campaigns.

- Deals with the Applications Developer for their Paid Promotional Campaigns.

- Make up sales strategy, make up sales plan, find out new sales model/opportunities, drive for revenue grow-up.

- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence throughout India.

- Have to maintain the relationships with high management or decision maker of existing clients of the company and generate the revenue.

- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.

- Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.

- Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close on mobile internet.

- Management of client expectations, communication and reporting metrics.

- Understand market needs and requirements and to be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.

- Close sales and achieve sales quotas.

- Work with operation team to secure inventories required for meeting the client objectives.

- Regularly Analyze digital industry in India and do Competitive analysis.
