Senior Director - Products - Risk Solutions - BFSI

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary:

- Conceptualises, builds, implements and upgrades products in Risk Management.

- Establishes the strategy and direction for a team of multiple managers overseeing the full-cycle of SDLC for products.

- Extensive experience in building products and services for the risk domain which includes technology architecture and roadmap, delivery and program management and support of systems deployed in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to conceptualise products create a roadmaps, work with technology and domain for implementation, provide inputs on architecture, UX

- Manage Product / project implementations globally

- Manage development and implementation teams and track costs and product profitability metrics

- Ensure high quality and timely implementation

- Creates Knowledge Transfer protocols between domain and Technology teams with perfect processes and documentation to meet client objectives through product and project standardizations

- Manage and resolve any change request/defects

- Manage the reporting, tracking on SLA performance, deficiency issues etc.

- Create a product roadmap with feature and technology stack upgrades

- Create and maintain feature request and merge with roadmap

- Publish status of release progress and call out any roadblocks to senior management

- Responsible for the people development, promotion, performance evaluation, training, motivation, counseling

- Instill a culture of making the customer successful and creating products that are needed by the customers

Essential Qualification:

- Bachelors in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15 years of overall experience,

- He/ she should have successful managed product developments and implementations of financial products

- Should have experience in project management especially in/ with banks (Foreign, Pvt, PSUs)

- Should have dealt with senior stakeholders within the client organization

- Led large team

- Experience managing a large multi-functional team

- Experience in defining and managing multi-year product road maps
