Senior Director/Practice Leader - Banking/Mortgage Lending

Sr. Director/Practice Leader Banking/Mortgage Lending role -H'bad

Primary Purpose:

- Understand industry trends and reimagine current processes across clients to create offerings (including BPaas) to take to market. Create POCs (tools/Demo versions/Solution or Product videos) to showcase future of processes or art of possible

- Create specific customer experience tools/zones for industry (mortgage/lending) specific experience with disruptive business models or future of work possibilities

- Work with business, account and markets teams to identify areas for capability development. Provide support and knowledge on an in-depth understanding of a specific domain.

- Work with Automation/IPA and operations team to find ways of implementing IPA solutions and assisting the discussions with the customers

- Monitor regulatory environment, analyze current and potential changes, their impact and communicate to LOBs within company and clients

- Assist in developing domain centric client solutions involving a combination of operations, point solutions, automation, and platforms. Create and maintain case studies.

1. Partner with solution, market and delivery teams for practice inputs during RFP responses

2. Perform research of the external environment and work with various teams to create POVs, PoCs

3. Design and develop platform solutions to address industry and customer specific business problems. Work with technology partners to generate development plans. Create business plan and project plans and manage it well

4. Provide domain expertise to all partners in order to solve for proposals, delivery challenges, capability enhancement and be the contact for expert opinion on domain related requests

5. Encourage and build a learning culture that enhances knowledge, skills, and ability of business partners to serve customers better

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Master's degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field, or equivalent education and related training.

2. 16+ years of mortgage and banking domain experience (required).

3. Sound understanding of the mortgage, banking and lending market/industry across geographies (USA industry/processes knowledge is a must).

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English comprehension skills

5. Experienced in the process and team management, domain consulting or process designs, managing business results, with Pre-sales/sales exposure.

6. Proficiency in process documentation and project/program management skills.

7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, MS Office applications including PowerPoint

8. Willingness and capacity to make sound decisions and resolve problems within the span of authority in a timely and responsible manner.

9. Ability to work independently and possess the drive, initiative, and energy to begin and complete assignments.

10. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel from associates working on projects to various levels of leaders and managers

Desired Skills:

1. Experienced in technical procedures writing.

2. Understanding of automation/software development/requirement gathering approaches

3. Experience in creating business plans
