Our client is a US based IT product firm, Starting India Operations currently with 0 employees currently in India

Looking for Seasoned HR professional from US based IT product organisations with HR & Recruitment background.

Designation: Senior Director-Human Resources

Reports to Global Head-Human Resources

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build India HR organisation from scratch

- Grow the organisation from 0 to 200 employees in an years time

- Set the processes and policies aligning to their global organisation

- Strong delivery focus and happy to be strategic and operational

- Run Recruitment, Employee relations and Retention activities

Desired Profile:

- 10-16 years of HR Generalist (Including Recruitment) experience from IT product organisations

- MBA in Human Resources from reputed institute

- Willing to work in start-up environment and set things from scratch

- International and multi-site experience preferred.

- Self-starter with high intellect, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and time-management skills in order to prioritize competing, multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proven to manage employee relations situations, working knowledge of employment law and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
