We are assisting one of our major Outsourcing client for a leadership role in Human Resource Outsourcing.

Specification-

The position will have APAC responsibility with a team of 400 people and 5 - 7 direct reportees.

The focus of the role is on 2 aspects

- Independent P&L responsibility for the processes for at least 2 years

- Exposure to product and solution design as well as strategy formulation
