Position Scope :
- Reports to Vice President Finance APAC
- Trusted Finance Leader, across India
- Key finance business partner to GM and other key executives
- Manage finance team of 4-6
Job Requirements :
- As a member of the organization, you will manage finance team and drive key cross functional business practices such as management of the budget, forecasting processes, key management reviews, value-added analytics designed to simplify and drive actionable results.
- Develop, recommend, and implement financial policies, practices, and process changes.
- Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through team and cross-group stakeholders.
- Interacts internally and externally with executive management negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy.
- Functional expertise and broad company knowledge. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Serves as process owner; ability to identify cross-functional issues;
- Optimize/ customize analytics formats/ presentation based on latest business dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to lead a team of analysts to their optimal performance
- Develop, motivate and direct a team in a dynamic environment
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience preferably in MNC environment;
- Degree in Accounting / Finance along with CA/ CPA/MBA desired.

The right individual for this role is a proven, strategic finance executive with a passion toward operational excellence, great attention to detail, highly motivated manager and a proven ability to work with executive leadership. The candidate's professional history should demonstrate significant increasing responsibility and a career path leading to a CFO level position in a fortune 500 company.
- 15 - 20 years related experience at Operational and/or Corporate / HQ level is required
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience
- Proven ability to support an Executive Vice President of a business unit
- MBA desired

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a cross-functional team
