Senior Director - Engineering

Desired Profile :

We are looking for Senior Director - Engineering to lead Product Engineering for India Center. The desired individual should be a process expert, having good experience in Engagement Management for our clients in an innovative and deadline driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Create an onshore technical consulting presence, esp. in the areas of Technical Leadership, Agile and DevOps Integrate engineering initiative to drive more technology leadership throughout the organization

- Provide assistance to Global Leadership, in continuing to improve performance of delivery teams worldwide

- Responsible for driving success of their practice through marketing, sales and delivery

- Establishes plans and manages the execution of those plans in order to carry forward major organizational initiatives

- Fosters collaboration between Practice and other groups across 3Pillar

- Participates in external and internal events to contribute to Thought Leadership nationally

- Represents and markets practice to outside stakeholders and constituencies through speaking engagement, events, etc.

- Clearly defines and establishes Practice objectives, targets and measures and communicates them to the team

Additional Profile Requirement :

- 15+ years of Total experience

- Should be well versed with planning and tracking, estimating efforts, Risk Identification & Mitigation Planning, Monitoring issues and ensuring resolutions, Progress Reporting to various stakeholders and other project management activities.

Delivery management :

- Handled multiple product work streams, Good exposure of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban.

- Must possess professional management skills; leadership, planning, influencing, negotiating, problem-solving, and load balancing.

- Must be proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
