Key Responsibility Areas:
- Building & Scaling business listing database as per business requirement
- Setting up and managing operation for desired scale
- Sourcing, collecting, validating and converting data into a business listing
- Analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions and developing recommendations
- Data normalization, integration and enrichment
- Ensuring accuracy and correctness of sourced data
- Data enrichment and enhancing Implementing
- Conducting research to find authentic sources of information for data enhancement and new data sourcing
- Liaisoning between functional and technical requirement
- Process outsourcing and vendor management
- Responsible for providing MIS to the vendors & internal management on day to day basis
- Determine team/center training needs through regular quality checks, identifying training gaps & conducting programs to enhance operational efficiency of the process
- Will be required to visit vendor location outside Delhi on regular basis.
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in similar profile
