Senior Credit Rating Analyst - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Prepare assessment/evaluation reports, based on management discussion, financial and operational health analysis

Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.

Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.

Effective assessment of credit risk and (current and potential) client viability, analyzing financial statements and cash flow of customers.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of requests for loans and lines of credit.

Provided customer service support and professional financial guidance.

Prepared written credit-approvals and denials.

Undertake financial statement analysis, which includes analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and key ratios

Verify the P&L items with the documents collected, discuss deviations with promoter and arrive at a logical conclusion

Achieve monthly target of preparing reports, and maintaining the quality and analytical inputs in the report. Working under tight deadlines

The role may involve outstation travelling, wherein the executive/analyst is doing detailed site assessments on the ground, and preparing reports parallely, which are sent to Mumbai office.

The role also involves (in parts) being the project manager on some assignments, hence skills of good communication, client management, project planning & project team management will be a plus.

Extensive co-ordination with clients to explain assessment process, scheduling visits, seek data/information/clarification

Foster productive relationships with both internal and external clients.

Maintain effective liaisons with in-company department members: account managers and product specialists.

Initiated changes in credit policies

Ensure policies and procedures accorded with department's standards.
