Senior Manager Consulting (only IIM A,B,C or L -ISB apply)  For a client of Recruise India (Top growing pure consulting firm)   Infrastructure consulting with Technology experience   Work Experience : 4 - 7 Years  Location : Bangalore, Mumbai/Delhi   Educational Background :  - MBA from an International or Tier 1 Indian University preferred   - BTech from a top-tier institute - (e.g. IITs, NITs, IT-BHU)  Role & Responsibilities :  - Own, manage and contribute to multiple consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan  - Manage client relations and build business pipeline, nurture and grow new clients  - Create market opportunities for business development through networking, innovative means and working on building proposals  - Mentor and guide by managing project teams aspirations, needs and expectations and help them grow and deliver quality projects  - Should be willing to face challenges, take risks and be creative in finding solutions and take decisions evaluating their implications in the long term  - Manage the career aspirations and personal growth of reporting team members  - Constantly keep updating knowledge base in areas that are relevant to business and also ensure that the teams below go through training as and when necessary  - Meet delivery targets   Required Skills :  - Experience in consulting methodologies and frameworks  - Ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously  - Expertise required in projects dealing  Behavioral Traits :  - People Management and Leadership skills  - Positive attitude, solution seeking approach  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Perceptive, far-sighted and capable of identifying with the organization
