Senior Consultant - Strategy Consulting

Job Objectives :

- Taking responsibility for executing business consulting projects including tasks like research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparation

- Independently managing mid-sized projects or taking ownership of one or more modules of major significant consulting projects

- Leading, coordinating and organizing the work of a team of Consultants

- Supporting the leadership team on marketing, business development and proposals

- Supporting in organization development areas (KM, HR, Marketing, IT etc.)

- Positively contributing to the firm's growth and reputation

- MBA or equivalent in General Management or Marketing or any other streams. From Batch of 2011-2012.

- A minimum of 2 years of post MBA prior work experience in any or all of the following areas

- Strategy and / or Management Consulting

- Strategy or Corporate Planning in a major corporation

- Performance Improvement

- Supply Chain and Sourcing

- Balanced Scorecard

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Agri Business, Automotive, Chemicals,

- Engineering and Capital Goods, Consumer Goods
