Looking for SAP MM Conultant for one of the Big 4

Job Title (Internal/External) :Senior Consultant

Essentials :

Background :

- The incumbent should be able to lead a group and provide directions and strategies to growing the firm's SAP footprint and be an advisor to the CIO/CTO community of large/small scale enterprises in India

Job Role :

Key Activities / Responsibilities :

- Deliver the SAP Inbound Logistics (MM/WM/SRM) projects

- Participate in designing the SAP Inbound Logistics (MM/WM/SRM) for the customers

- Prepare functional specification for customization and Z developments

- Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders

- Build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization

- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training internal resource pool

- Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development.for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management

- Supervise financial management of engagements to deliver value to clients and to the firm.

Academic Qualifications : B.E. / MBA

Experience :

- 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top tier Global System Integrator having relevant experience as a SAP Inbound Logistics (MM/WM/SRM) professional

- At least 3 SAP end to end full life cycle implementation experience as consultant

- Exposure to Indian Taxation Structure (SAP CIN / GST) preferred
