Job Title (Internal/External) :Senior Consultant

Essentials

Background:

The candidate should be able to drive the technical solution of respective module of SAP MM. Candidate should be able to guide the team and communicate effectively with client and manage the projects with due balance of scope, cost & time.

Job Role :

Key Activities / Responsibilities:

- Deliver the SAP MM projects

- Participate in designing the SAP MM Solutions for the customers / clients

- Prepare functional specification for customization and developments

- Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders

- Build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organization

- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training internal resource pool

- Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development.for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management

- Supervise financial management of engagements to deliver value to clients and to the firm.

Academic Qualifications :B.E. / MBA / CA

Other Qualifications ::

- 3-7 years of relevant experience as SAP MM professional, preferably from a top tier IT Company or Big Four Firm

- Full Time Education from top tier educational institutions

- At least 3 SAP end to end full life cycle implementation experience as consultant

- Exposure to Indian Taxation Structure (SAP CIN / GST) preferred
