Sr. Consultant SAP - BPC

IN-Kerala-Kochi

Client Responsibilities :

- Architect and Design all SAP solutions involving re engineering of business processes and defining solutions.

- Pre implementations support - requirement matrix, solution mapping & evaluation, RFP preparations, vendor evaluation.

- Implementations management & validation - Program management, validation of deliverables, gate checks.

- Post implementation review - review of implementation, configuration, security, developments, adequacy testing & documentation.

- Configuring and supporting the on demand sand box environments to help engagement teams demonstrate SAP capabilities to the customers.

- Flexibility in involving in general consulting / advisory roles which are not SAP Specific and providing business expertise in such assignments.

People Responsibilities :

- Good people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate the team

- Influence, train, mentor and leverage the skills of others, including SAP BPC Consultants

- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Skills Requirements :

- Expert on SAP Business Planning and Consolidation processes

- CA / ICWA / CMA / Masters degree in finance / accounting

- 7 to 10 years experience in Industry out of which

- 5 + years experience in SAP BPC Implementation/Consulting

- 2 + years in accounting and finance consolidation domain

- Minimum 3 end to end SAP implementations

- Good knowledge on SAP ASAP methodology and tools

- Good Knowledge on Solution Manager implementation tools

- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in gaining confidence and closing projects

- Must have the skill sets to leverage / develop tool kits to accelerate SAP service delivery
