Location: Delhi/NCR  Senior Consultant (3-5 yrs)   Job Responsibilities :   - Overall responsible for handling a client and ensure timely delivery of the projects   - To assist the Senior Management of client in decision making based on data analysis   - Data Analysis, Validation and suitable Action Plan for all MIS reports   - Assessment of Warehouse Inventory Audit Reports   - Structure the Annual Business Plan and the Corporate Strategy   - Assessment of Performance of various Departments   - Monitoring of Projects for timely completion   - Analysis of Financial Reports and suitable Action Plan   - Conduct Quarterly Business Performance Review and Action Plan   - Train and supervise the Associate Consultants   Desired Profile :   - 3-5 years of experience   - MBA with Engineering background from the Tier 1 colleges of India and abroad only   - 1- 2 years of Consulting/ Corporate Strategy experience is desirable   - Experience in Power/ Manufacturing sector   - A quick learner with a zeal to get to the roots of problem   - Excellent hand in excel & powerpoint   - Expert in handling ambiguity   - Excellent communication skills  What we offer:  - Meritocracy driven high visibility culture  - An opportunity to make a real difference  - A CTC of 10-12 LPA
