Senior Consultant - Oracle HCM

Work location : Bangalore

Experience required: 7+ years of overall industry experience

JD:

Fusion HCM and Taleo implementation support

- Configuration

- Conversion processing

- Report Development (BI Publisher, OBIEE etc)

- Integration Development (File based loaders, Web Services, API's and Taleo Client Connect etc.)

Candidate must have:

- 3+ years of implementation experience in at least one of the following Oracle HCM applications:

- Fusion HCM

- EBS HCM

- Taleo Enterprise Edition

Candidates nice to have:

- Functional HR experience

- Recruiting experience

- SQL and PL SQL experience

- HR Data conversion processing

- Design and Develop Reports (BI Publisher, OBIEE etc..)

- Fast Formula developments

- Taleo Connect experience

- Fusion File Based loader, Spreadsheet loader experience and/or HCM Extract experience

- Technical or Functional configuration expertise in any 3 HR modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Learn, Performance, Goal Management)

- Experience in capturing business requirements, working with clients and peers

- Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels

- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

- Other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience with products such as Silkroad, ADP, Verv, Success Factors etc.
