Education/Qualification : MBA from a reputed institution and/or CA/MCA

Domain : Financial/Manufacturing/SCM

Essentials : Financials

- Experience of at least 2 end to end Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations on Release 12

- Good understanding of key ERP concepts viz. Chart of Accounts, Organization Structure, Role Based Access Controls

- Good functional knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Assets and Oracle Cash Management and its functionalities

- Good domain knowledge of Finance function

- Has prepared BP080s, BR100s and MD050s or similar document as per a different implementation methodology

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Good inter-personal skills

- Willing to stretch beyond normal work hours, whenever required

- Open to travel

- Good team player

Essentials :

Manufacturing :

- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes based on Bill of materials (BOM), Work in Progress (WIP), Costing and Material resource planning

- End to end implementation experience of Oracle ERP (11i and Release 12) for BOM, WIP, MRP and Costing modules

- Minimum experience of 2 end to end implementation on Oracle ERP implementation

- Extensive experience of requirements gathering, solution design and system configuration

- Strong experience in facilitating Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Experience in cut over execution involving data migration

- Strong ability to manage clients

- Ready to travel - Domestic and International

- Important Personality traits: High energy level, clarity of thoughts, hands on, easy to communicate with and global in thinking & character

Essentials :

SCM :

- Strong understanding of supply chain, costing and order fulfillment processes based on Oracle eBusiness Suite (11i and Release 12)

- End to end implementation experience of Oracle ERP (11i and Release 12) for Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Pricing and Costing modules

- Minimum experience of 2 end to end implementation on Oracle ERP implementation

- Extensive experience of requirements gathering, solution design and system configuration

- Strong experience in facilitating Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Experience in cut over execution involving data migration

- Strong ability to manage clients

- Ready to travel - Domestic and International

Job Role :

- Interact with the Client and gauge their business requirement

- Prepare To be process blueprint based on the requirements

- Configure and deploy functionalities

- Co-ordinate and collaborate with the other functional and technical team members

- Identify product gaps and design solutions to meet those gaps

- Develop migration and cut over strategy

- Conduct Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Testing sessions

- Conduct user training sessions

- Provide post production support
