Job Title Senior Consultant \Manager - Performance Improvement
Essentials :
- In-depth domain knowledge of Technology, Electronics Hardware sector. Should have worked in any one or more of following sub-sectors of technology sector
- IT Services, Engineering services, Mobile Handsets, Enterprise Hardware, BPO, Software, Internet and e-commerce
- Knowledge of current technology landscape, trends and solutions
- Expertise in two or more of the areas listed - Go to Market Strategy / Supply Chain Management/ Business planning / Performance improvement of internal operations / Process improvement/ Sourcing Advisory
- Experience in Supply Chain tools (procurement planning tools, supply chain network design tools), Analytics and Automation tools (IT Automation, Sales Analytics) will be highly valued
- (Not must but Good to have) Experience in any of the key subject areas, with a demonstrated history of delivering consulting engagements:
- Technology Strategy and Planning
- IT Processes & Governance
- Enterprise Architecture (Strategy, Planning, Standards)

Job Role :
- Client service delivery/execution
- Be part of the client engagements and lead specific work-streams
- Support the Engagement Manager for activities such as engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization
- Lead the delivery / execution of high quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
- Knowledge Management
- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
- Contribute to knowledge development and management
- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise

Academic Qualifications :
- B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background
- Experience 2 to 8 years of relevant post MBA experience
- Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role/ Solution / Sales)
