Senior Consultant/Manager - IT Transformation - Financial Services Domain - Big4

Position of FS-IT transformation Sr. Consultant/Manager on offer with one of the Big 4 for Mumbai/Bangalore Location.

Candidate will be responsible to participate in Lead or assist Engagement Manager/Director in delivery of channel/digital advisory engagements. Ensure end to end delivery of digital transformation assignments from strategy formulation to final implementation.

Candidates primary responsibilities include :

- Expertise in conducting digital maturity assessments, developing future state vision, business architecture, strategic recommendations, capability roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans and operating models

- Should have experience in digitally enabled process re-engineering. Digitization of back-end processes to ensure flawless connection of the digital front-end experience to back-end people, processes and systems.

- Experience in any of the BPM tools is desirable.

- Lead end to end implementation of digital engagements from multi-channel solutions, IoT platforms, API management to digital marketing with best suited solutions, user experience and back-end process alignment.

- Should have worked in a cross functional delivery model, comfortable working with consultants, functional and technical teams.
