Senior Consultant/Manager - Decision Analytics

Key Responsibilities / Role:

- Manage multiple work streams, guide team members, ensure timely and quality delivery of activities

- Interact with client to gather requirements, discuss roadblocks, present approach and results

- Develop logics to process data using Python, Hive, SQL in Big Data environment

- Identify and provide inputs to the development of key metrics on Tableau based dashboards

- Provides guidance, training and problem solving assistance to team members

- Layout process for the development of business intelligence solutions

- Leads work stream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions

- Provides subject matter expertise for key BI core Functions

- Works with internal and external customers to gather and validate requirements

- Provides input to business requirements for the design of solutions

- May determine and analyze commonly used Queries and Reports

Candidate profile:

- Typically requires 4+ years of Python, SAS, R, SQL experience

- Should be well versed in SQL and relational databases

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent Communication skills

- Experience on predictive modeling projects will be preferred

- Experience on Tableau will be preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification from top-tier institutes

- Knowledge of one or more business functional areas. Prior Banking, Financial domain experience is a plus

- Proactively takes lead in building and leveraging relationships internally and externally/ client
