Our client is one the world's best known names in Management Consulting and renowned for their HR Advisory practice.   The firm has a very strong HR Advisory arm where they provide services in the areas of OD, Leadership Development and Change Management, HR Transformation and HR Integration across a wide range of industries.   To strengthen this team they were looking to hire top end professionals from companies of equal repute in the Change Management area with specific focus towards large scale IT transformation projects.   Key Responsibilities :   - Lead delivery of change management engagements across various IT enabled and other business process transformation initiatives such as ERP transformation, IT outsourcing, IT and application up-gradation.   - Play a key role in ensuring IT transformation projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing clients- employees adoption and usage.   - Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise to facilitate development of internal team's change management competency in IT transformation projects.   - Develop change management strategy and plan for managing changes due to the IT implementation.   - Develop communication strategy and plan for managing communications during the IT implementation.   - Application of a structured Change Management methodology for managing change in IT transformation projects   - Lead change management teams throughout the life cycle of an IT transformation project   Desired Qualifications : B.Tech/B.E. + MBA (2 yrs full time from reputed college)   Required Experience :   - 2- 7 years total work experience.   - 4 years and above of Change Management experience is a must  - Deep knowledge & understanding of project life cycle of large scale IT transformation projects such as ERP implementation, IT outsourcing, IT application up-gradation   Preferred Experience :   - 2-3 years of experience in handling PMO for large scale IT transformation projects   - Certification in standard change management methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP, Kotter's Change Management methodology or any other accredited change management methodology  - Preference for candidates from renowned consulting firms.
