Senior Consultant - IT (5-8 yrs)

Job Description:

- The primary focus will be in implementing our cutting edge, best in class - Performance Management Solution - Balanced Scorecard Software.

- In this position, you will manage software implementation engagements.

- As Project Manager, you will support projects from initial "Kick Off" to final "Go Live". You will be accountable for leading successful delivery of the project within the scope and objectives as documented in the approved commercial contract.

The primary function of this role is to manage the full cycle of the project including processes related to initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing.

- Focal point to clients in terms of delivery of the software implementation.

- Prepare all documentation required for the smooth communication in the project.

- Serve as the business / functional advisor to the client, supporting the team to translate business requirements into solution specifications and drive the overall delivery of the solution.

- Facilitate solution and process workshops to identify client business objectives, define project goals and provide a plan for maximizing the value of the solution.

- Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

- Understand client organization's strategic direction, structure, and requirements.

- Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.

- Support relationships with clients to sustain a strong business relationship leading to high client satisfaction, retention of existing businesses and development of new business.

- Lead client and project team members to define and document client business requirements, assess the need, recommend process enhancements, and document software and integration specifications for configuring the solution.

- Facilitate software issue resolution to ensure timely solution acceptance.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. This includes identifying alternative solutions through change requests or recommending alternatives, and facilitating decision-making on the way forward.

- Team effectively with other staff in the organization to address and resolve client related issues.

- Provide appropriate guidance and mentor other team members, assist and coach as required.

- Ensure successful client transition from Implementation to Support.

- IT background with expertise in business management.

- Ability to communicate and create documentation in Arabic.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive consulting projects.

- Set examples for the Team in the areas of personal character, commitment, selling skills, and work habits.

- Demonstrate ability to interact and collaborate with all company employees.

- Ability to build consensus in the face of uncertainty.

- Ability to enhance product value to the customers.

- Develop and maintain proficiency in the company's software solutions, solution methodologies, and core technologies.

- Proven ability to achieve result efficiently and on time as per the project plan.

- Ability to resolve technical issues without compromising the target time frame for project completion.

- Build strategic partnerships with customers to enhance Corporater's value.

- Advanced knowledge to work with Excel, MS Project.

- Understanding in the concepts of Scorecards, KPIs, Dashboards, Strategy Maps, Initiatives Management, BSC and Risk Management.

- We expect basic programming skills as well as very good theoretical knowledge about Java applications, SQL queries, system integration and Enterprise Architecture.

Job Specifications:

- At least 5-6 years’ experience of working in Consultancy/IT Services (preferably focused on Business Performance Management and Business Intelligence).

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Excellent communication skills in English to foster an open environment and to support effective management of the business.

- Excellent client relationship Management.

- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
